You'll receive raw clips and deliver fully edited long-form videos — the kind
teens across India actually finish watching. Start immediately. One-month
internships preferred (extendable to three), with full-time roles also available.
What you'll need
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects — motion graphics & lower-thirds
- Sound design & audio mixing
- A portfolio: 2–3 long-form samples (15+ min each)
- A strong sense of storytelling & pacing
- Colour correction and a clean, consistent finish
- Can hit deadlines without being chased

Module Host — one per field
Contract · per module
Remote + 1 day studio shoot
₹5,000–10,000 / week
We pick one host per field to front our first modules. Each module is a
20-minute, project-based video that teaches a teen exactly what to build —
then they build it over the weekend. You front it on camera as a builder in
your own field.

Who you are
- A real builder or practitioner in your field, currently in university
- Comfortable and natural on camera
- Keen to share your work with teenagers
How the week works
We brainstorm the module with you, our team writes the first script draft in
our style, you make it your own, then you shoot it with us. It's remote, with
one day of in-person shoot at our studio — we cover your travel. Hosts who do
well keep making modules with us long term.
